Director
Mike Albergo is a seasoned Recruiter, Business Development Manager and Leader with 20 years of high-level staffing experience. Mike has been in the pharma/biotech staffing industry for 13 years now. Mike graduated from Bentley College in Waltham, MA in 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Mike lives in Nashua, NH with his wife, Theresa, and dog, Eleven.
Matthew Buscanera
Business Development Manager
Matt Buscanera joined ClinCrowd in August of 2020 after a very successful 13-year career in the Healthcare staffing industry. Matt has quickly become one of the organizations Top Performers, earning the Company Incentive Trip in just his second full year. Matt has extensive experience as a Recruiter, Business Development Manager, and a Team Leader. He graduated from UCONN in 2005 with a BA in Psychology. Matt lives in Manchester NH with his wife Jacquelyn, who also works in staffing. Together they have 4 children under the age of 10. Matt enjoys playing hockey, coaching little league, and being a very busy dad.

Ariana Hafferty joined ClinCrowd after graduating from Providence College with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Health Policy & Management in 2022. Ariana is excited to begin her career in staffing as a Clinical Recruiter and is looking forward to learning more about a new industry. Ariana lives in Walpole, MA. She enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time with friends and family.

Taylor Hackney joined ClinCrowd in February of 2022 after 3 years of experience in the Life Sciences staffing industry as a recruiter. She graduated from Pace University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Taylor lives in Canton, MA with her fiancé, Colin. She has an identical twin sister, enjoys skiing, and loves Tom Brady and Boston sports.

Jimmy King joined ClinCrowd in July of 2022 after a 4-year career in the Life Sciences staffing industry. Jimmy has extensive experience as an Executive Recruiter and Business Development Manager. He graduated from Worcester State University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and played all 4 years on the football team. Jimmy is excited about the opportunity to continue his career in an exciting industry while putting his prior staffing expertise to use. Jimmy lives in Reading, MA with his two rescue dogs. He enjoys playing pickup basketball, hanging out with friends and family, and is an avid sports fan.

Castin Nichols has been recruiting in the life science industry for 5 years. She values the connections that she has made during this time as well as helping candidates find the next step in their career. Castin graduated from Barton College in North Carolina with a degree in gerontology. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, binging true crime shows and spending time with her pupper, Moose.
